Shauna's journey into healing began long before wellness became a trend. A graduate of Blue Cliff College in 2001, she finished at the top of her massage therapy class and became one of the first therapists grandfathered into licensure in the state of Mississippi in 2002 — licensed before an official board was even established.

Driven by a deep passion for holistic healing, Shauna continued her education through extensive training with the Hawaiian Islands Institute of Health and Medicine, where instructors traveled from Australia to teach advanced modalities including Reiki, aromatherapy, neuromuscular therapy, sound therapy, meditation, and energy work. From the beginning, her purpose was simple: help people relax, reconnect, and leave feeling better than when they arrived.

But life took an unexpected turn. During a deeply transformative period that Shauna now recognizes as a spiritual awakening, she was heavily medicated by doctors and eventually struggled with addiction. After reaching a breaking point, she made the courageous decision to reclaim her life. She sought healing at an all-natural retreat under the guidance of Dr. Betsy Storm, where she immersed herself in natural healing modalities, meditation, emotional wellness, and spiritual restoration — practices she still incorporates into her work today.

Her recovery journey was not without consequence. Legal charges stemming from that difficult chapter led to time spent in county jail and with MDOC. Yet even in hardship, Shauna remained determined to rebuild her life with honesty, purpose, and faith. After returning home, she worked alongside her parents and later in construction to pay off her debts and create a fresh start for herself and her family.

Throughout those years, one dream never left her heart: helping women heal.

During the pandemic, Shauna expanded her practice by training in microblading — initially as another way to support herself, but ultimately as a powerful avenue for connection. What began as brows quickly became something much deeper. Clients often come for beauty services but leave feeling seen, heard, and supported. On Shauna's table, conversations move beyond surface-level small talk into real discussions about trauma, healing, self-worth, growth, and transformation.

Today, Shauna has built a life rooted in resilience, compassion, and authentic connection. Her work blends beauty, bodywork, energy healing, and lived experience to create a safe and nurturing space where women can relax, heal, and reconnect with themselves.

Above all, Shauna is most proud of her family. She is the loving mother of two sons, McGwire (Seanna) and Jagger (Kaitlyn) and a joyful grandmother to Lillian Marie — the greatest blessings of her life.
